Start/Brake Time GUI in preferences

i've had the unfortunate experience where the GUI knob was moved oh-so-slightly without me noticing, and the corresponding jog wheel reacted as it should. i thought it was a hardware issue, until someone from MV support asked me to double-check the knob positions.
perhaps a numeric value beside each GUI knob showing the current position might help?
