3.2.0 Hoover helptext on relocate/remove

e.g.
Relocate button
"Browse to (changed) location for selected track(s)."
Remove button
Remove selected track(s) from collection.
Especially new(er) users seem to be somewhat in doubt as what is going to be relocated and what is going to be removed. It is not really clear if it is something with the collection or with the actual track file.
