I feel there is a small delay in the software controls(knobs, play /cue buttons, preview slider knob) it need to be more tight coz it gives you realistic feeling when preparing and interacting with the software, this happen when i use the mouse of my computer

I have had zero issues like you describe. Can you post your system specs, version you are running, and when the issue happens?

Did you exclude Cross. Collection. Analysis. Tracks from any virus.
Are you using a wireless mouse. If so do you have general driber or product driver installed.

I have 2.0 ghz dual core intel 4g ram for home preparation and macbook pro 2.0 quadcore for gigs and events, but i use other softwers on the same PC like virtual DJ and serato(not at same time sure) when useing them by the mouse i feel they are tight it really feels realistic,i think it has nothin to do with my PC although windows are famouse with latency am just talking about simple navigation in the software by mouse i feel there is no tightness

My experience is that Cross changes visual when it executed a preparing step. Many require some kind of disk access. (click, Cross preps, update GUI visual of click).
Your prep PC is low on specs. So any delay on the Cross preps is of influence to the result. General causes for delay are file access. The access speed is influenced by energy saving and antivirus. These can take quite some time of this responsiveness period. Cross reads and writes; both actions can create issues. If you e.g. have a large collection the AV will take some time to scan on every write.
My normal PC is a little better than yours. I just last week experienced some similar. Appeared to be caused by me changing AV software. After excluding the mentioned locations is significant improved.
I had the option to run Cross at an i5 4th gen quad core 4gb. Amazing how fast it can be...
As you might have noticed in some topics Cross even puts the fast machines to the max by what it can deliver.
I think optimization is the best you can do. And always save for new hardware... I hope to have saved for an octo core 16gb within a few months...

Other causes for delay like events are the latency of the audio and the higher values for quant/snap. You could try disabling the latter. What is your latency value?

No quant and no snap, when i connect my controller(wego) i press play i feel there is slight delay in play button not so responsive(same for mac and PC,i have around 10000 track in collection)
Also there is an issue when am playing live, while preparing to mix another track, i load a song and move the jog wheel to cue a song (move pitch fader, press hot cue) the software freez suddenly and the sound stops for a half second and ppl start looking wats wrong, could u plz explain why is that(working on macbook pro i7,hdd 500 giga(100 giga free space),12000 track in collection)
my openion i think its a case in the software engineering, coz when i work in serato and virtual i feel so realistic and tight control
U can check track preview button on the left of the software u feel there is kinda delay when u press it to preview a track( by mouse) u dont feel it solid,i also mapped it to keyboad there is latency between pushing the button on keyboard and the reaction on the preview button .

Really strange situation. It 'should' respond instantly. Audio disruption should not happen on only cueing.
Are you running ASIO (and the mac equivalent); what is your latency.
Do you have any monitoring/security tool running, or auto sync/backup or such.
What happens when disconnecting all USB/external devices/connections and only use wired or fixed keyboard control? Really unplug all so no device/cable can cause any kind of disruptive signal.
