Hi,

I have been using the Vfx Control since it came out & now since i have Cross DJ . . . Can you pls suggest which controller has the tightest integration with the JOG WHEELS for SCRATCH. . . The Vfx Control ain't tight enough when using the JOGs. Also when suggesting a controller, pls keep in mind the built in sound card quality.

Thanks.
VDJ Sean T

CDJ 2000 nexus is the best controller for scratch applications, with the best built in sound card. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but it is the best.

Thank u for the reply but i am not a fan of CDJs . . . industry standards.. i know . . . but i prefer Vinyl instead . . And even more a good controller , so i can be mobile ( Even if its a bit heavy ) .

Cheers :) Bro

In that case, I would suggest Vestax. They have always been a solid controller maker. Another is anything by Pioneer controller wise. The integration with Cross depends on which controller you choose, but they will all accomplish deep levels of control.

Hi,
How about the Denon MC 3000 & 2000 … Are they tight too???

If you're going to do 2000 or 3000, I would suggest the 3000 because of the build quality increase. I haven't played on either, but the build looks way better on the 3000. If you could swing it, the 6000 has a lot of really good reviews. I wouldn't go off of reviews completely though, and would make sure to test the thing out before you purchase if that's possible. For 400 bucks, the 3000 seems like a great deal though.

DigitalDJTips had a great review of it, and I trust them. They are usually pretty on point with their reviews.

With Denon take care that some controls aren't MIDI and specific to their controller.
Cross (not Cross DJ) includes dn 3700 MIDI presets but not yet for video.
Also you should watch the controller list and get which presets are pre installed
