Re: Autoplay Feature

I have the Autoplay enabled most of times. As the autoplay has beat synced transition this makes life easy (for my type of djing).
Though this doesn't mean I just throw in a bunch of tracks to be autoplayed. The list is a prep list which I maintain actively, depending on the dynamics of the public.
(next track is started at Cue when [End of track -/- autofade duration])
A major loss in the recent past was the 'autofade duration' which became 'hidden' in preferences. But with some MIDI 'tricks' I made it easy to change, though always unsecure about the real time set... Hope this will be back in the next version...
Most (close to all) of the DJ controls can easily be used while in Autoplay mode. So I always have a next track and always a smooth transition.. For me a pretty safe way of working.
Adding transition types might circumstancial be useful, but definitely not in all situations. (some transitions may be great in an active dancing crowd, but terrible when using same succeeding tracks as background)
Also when at work I use the Autoplay to play my music and more important to add new tracks and set the information right (check BPM, set genre, rating etc.). Just looping through the list till all is done..
So I can only assume that the Autoplay feature stays the way it is, preferably with the autofade duration back in. For sure I wouldn't like the feature to be further stripped or changed into a dumb playlist player type of thing.
