Cross DJ File Import - Default location

I store all my music on a secondary drive. Would it be possible for Cross DJ to either remember the last location used for import, or (better) to be able to specify a default directory instead of "My Music"?

And if I have cascade of sub folders child and found upset to always be put back deep there ?

The default directory could also be an issue if you're not always importing from the same drive.

I store all my "source material" as follows:

E:\_Mixvibes_Music

with subfolders Trance, Techno, Breaks, Electro etc

hence to be able to set Cross so that it defaults to "E:\_Mixvibes_Music" would help a lot.

Currently it defaults to "C:\....................\My Music" and I have to navigate to E:\_Mixvibes_Music every time I do an import (even in the same session IIRC).

I propose it to be optional anyway (i.e. continue to use "My Music" if the "alternative default location" is not set).

Go to the file items on the left pane (below collection).
Found your parent folder
Drag & drop it to the left under autoplay

Now you have a direct access with the Cross explorer to this folder.

Note : files are still not into your collection, unless you import/load/play/analyze them.

Yeah, I wanted to say the same thing.
Eventually you can drad-drop anything on the left plane.
The left plane is called the "Dock", if you want to make a search in the manual :)
