 i have so many songs that i taged right artist names and so forth from soundcloud . i even had most my sound cloud music grouped
.but my old mac took a piss from a virus i happen to be 1 of 60000
that this happen to .

anyway my Suggestions is this once you put all the info you
have in your tracks . it should automatically write that info in the track .lucky for me i have 12 hard drives to back up my music .
but im not to happy about relabeling every track that i have  .
i mite have to get back up djs for my show just so i can label tracks  .

 :?: the back up drives are not labeled :?: :?: why go thru the efforts of backing up info/tracks/music ,,with out the full label also  :?: :?: or is it a problem between differences in operating systems :?: :?:

If tag writing is enabled in the Cross preferences, all the ID3 information are saved in the tag.

You can also try to import your old collection file. Everything should be in there too...

damm its in my mac drive  . the laptop drive still good but i would have to make a hack mac on my PC dont know how to do that .

there should be a way to save the tag info besides that .
before i came over to mixvibes. my frist DVS was m audio torq (sucks balls  ) would save a
file by the tracks with the track info or maybe mixvibes Cross should save the info with in the track its self :D some how.
think about it with ur cues and all .no mater what . it would all so be easier. less say your friend is a mac but your a PC user .
and you have all your files in your hard drive from your PC .
just plug in play no relabeling :D .
its the only good thing torq had
(to clear things up i hate torq more than i hate vdj .it should be called m audio crash  lol )

also this would be easier for other djs that want to do a live show on music headz tv that have Cross and dont want to bring there laptop just a hard drive and there set .
