Import on startup.

I'm pretty sure this feature is not available in the current releases of MixVibes Cross, but would love the ability for the program to automatically import my music folder on starup, rather than having to keep importing the file or folder each time a new track is added to my library.

This feature also isn't in Pioneer rekordbox which I use, which is powered by MixVibes. I suggested this in their forum's but they said it would be too "messy". Is this the case?

Traktor handles this neatly, however.

 not saying it is not a good idea  there are pros and cons, the basic fact you have the ability to refresh you collection per say because Cross doesnt duplicate files :?: :?: ,if you had a auto refresh then how would Cross know what collection to put it in :?: :?: some djays have mulitable collections for different venues/crowds   the ability is left in your hands to set up your collection as you like it   kinda like it as is   just expressing my opinion

"Traktor handles this neatly, however."

Yes, but Traktor needs a century to load the collection and Cross loads the mediabase in a few seconds. Also, if you try to let Traktor find missing tracks or relocate tracks, needs another century to find them. So, most Traktor users do the simple..disable loading this future from Traktor start up. In Cross we find which tracks are missing in a few minutes.
Anyway, probably it's a good idea for some users but not the way that works in Traktor.

Thanks a lot!!!
