A explanation would be nice DJ Crossfade, on why this feature would benefit any MixVibes software ;)

Because all I see is advertisement for Traktor and a expensive mixer

cant you midi-map your crossfader (if it´s MIDI) to the sampler in Producer?

works in DVS.

but i wouldn´t want to buy DVS anymore since the software is soooo old and not industry standard. it´d make no sense other to support the mixvibes crew which i could totally understand.
but even i bought tsp2 some days ago, i need the sampler for my xone 1 d mixes which i do when playing house & minimal.
for drum'n'bass (what i mainly do) Cross did the job incredibly well.
but that´s due to the fact that i use a lot of vinyl on the 3rd deck.
to keep up with traktor Cross needs:
a) a sampler (great with output 5&6 on the u46mk2)
or
b) 4 decks (hard 2 do since it needs a new soundcard)
and
c) colored waveform option due to all the other softwares havin it now which was requested by billions of users on the ni forum.

I´m pretty shure Cross will get a sampler and maybe more decks sooner or later.

Offtopic.HorsSujet!
Anyway, since DVS is so old, SSL is so old as well and I never heard anyone complain about it.
It´s the miracle of video-postproduction which makes you forget that DVS is probably the most feature-loaded Vinyl-System out there...except it doesn´t mix for you ;)
I personally would love the sampler as well, but an mpd/mpc is fun too
