Internal Playback Control, with Timecode

The process of lifting the needle and or treating a cd player like they are analogue is pointless! It should simply be there for the feel of an analogue device on your digital platform, not literally do what they do in analogue.

Keep cool there are different mode available and we do DVS since 2004 with our own lp's and cd.
There are time code included to do an absolute mode...

I want:

1. The record to keep spinning
2. To not have to manually stop the record or hit pause on my timecode to load a track with security mode enabled
3. Number 2 can be acheived by NOT disabling the internal playback controls.

Ok, you posting a lot but do not seem to understand what your post, sorry.

In this gorgeous traktor vid, please show me where the "Cue" button is, as you posted it to illustrate that cueing back/stutter with the cue button must exist in any DVS system...
By the way, you'll have noticed, there just a play button, which doesn't act like play/pause. Then, this is not a play/pause button but a button with a completely different function (in this case, disabling control mode) that looks like a play button. But anyway...
In Cross pushing the "3rd mode button" (aka flexible) does the same thing.

This is a non-sense to want to load a track without stopping playback with security enabled.
Security is made to avoid the user to load a track in an already playing deck
Either you disable security (cause it's useless in your case) or you put your hand on the record before loading a track. That's just very common...

Please rephrase 3rd point, it doesn't mean anything.

It's not useless to keep the security on. By having the security mode enable you don't have to worry about loading a track while it is playing.

Now when you mix into another song and put your fader to one side, you can hit cue to stop the song you mixed out of and still have the record spinning. Now when you go to load a new track in you won't have to worry about re-jockeying a record as it is already playing. Why waste your hand holding a record, or waste time by having to re jockey a needle? I still want the security of not loading a song when I don't want it. Which is why not disabling the cue and play pause buttons is useful to me.

I can achieve this in every other DJ software, and you're able to load tracks and go vs having to reposition your needle every single time. Something this little does make a huge difference when you want to quick cut tracks. This process takes time, and if the record spins throughout all of this, you can work at a more accelerated pace.

Also if the record remains spinning, you can use the cue button as a stutter button while the record remains spinning. Being in a digital platform, you should be able to enjoy the feature of a fully capable cue button, as well as have the full feel and experience of vinyl.

And i understand this can be acheived by disarming the timecode, but like i have mentioned before, that takes time! I apologize for any misunderstanding we are having, I'm trying to be as clear as i can, and I really like the software you guys made!
