Smart folders should have an extra criteria under anything with a date to have [added within] [XX] [days/ months/ years].

Applies to Year, date modified, date imported, last played, etc.

For instance, if I want to play only the songs I added in the last month, every time I open Cross I have to update the smartlist to the current date one month back. If you add the criteria, it will automatically filter out only 1 month worth of additions.

Could be severely cool if you want to do a top list from the last year, or only play songs with the tag "hot" that haven't been played in the last 7 days, or only show songs that haven't been modified or played in 2 years (so you can throw them in the garbage bin)

There is the "sort by" feature that is useful in getting close to the above results, but it's only useful if you increase/decrease the number shown, or order by the date you are looking for and do unlimited. Not as accurate.
