Pitch control reset MIDI command

I'd like to see a MIDI command for resetting pitch to 0% as I use an endless encoder to alter the pitch and tend to be anal at getting the exact BPM of the song (mainly because I use external fx that are easy to set for even BPMs).

Don't touch the working pitch value "mapping".
Jus add a new one on the same line, using the '+'.
