Recording vinyl set with Xone23C & Cross DJ Beta
Posted: 02 May 2019, 22:09When I bought my A&H Xone 23C mixer a couple of years ago, it came with the Cross LE DJ software. My setup was always 2x Technics SL1200, Xone23C and a Windows laptop with the Cross LE software. No timecode, just oldskool dj-ing.
I had never had any problems recording my sets. I just plugged the USB cable from my Xone 23C into my windows laptop, started playing. Pressed record in Cross LE, and it recorded my set. The set was automatically saved in a folder on my laptop.
That laptop crashed, and I bought a Macbook. Here is were the problems started. I downloaded the Cross Le software on my Macbook. Plugged my Xone 23C into the Macbook by USB, but no input at all in the Cross LE software. I think I tried any setting possible, but no succes.
Now I purchased the new Cross DJ Beta software, but I have the same problem.
Can anybody help me with this?
