Hallo zusammen.
Danke! Gruss, Sven

To change the cue point you have to move the wave to the desired position. Then click Cue button while Play is paused. If you press Cue while play then your track will jump back to the cue position.

You can reset your cue point while play by using Shift-C at the keyboard.

The setting of Quantize determines the exact position it will be set.

Thank you but the CUE point was not the problem. The real Position of the controller for CUE Deck A and Deck B is not the same like in the GUI. I mean the controller CUE/MASTER for the headphones. My solution is to turn the controller on the position need before i start my DJ set.

Thank you! Regards, Sven

Ok. Perhaps the following explanation will clarify things.

1st in order for Sync to work correctly your beatgrid must be correct. Beatgriding is another subject, however, the beatgrid must be correctly aligned to the beat for sync to work.

Assuming that your beatgrid is perfectly aligned in two tracks
one that you play in deck A and
the other on deck B.
Track #1 is 120 BPM and track #2 is 122BPM
1. Now load and play Track 1 on deck A
Music is playing at 120 BPM.
The A deck is automatically the Master

2. Now cue track #2 on deck B (remember this one is 122 BPM)
Press sync on deck B which means (match BPM to master.)
You will see the BPM on deck B drop to 120.
You can Mix it and Now the track playing to the audience is track #2 in deck B at 120 BPM.
3. press stop on deck A and you are ready to cue up the next track.
When you pressed stop on Deck A, deck B became the Master.

Your sync calculation is as follows. Deck A is Master at Pitch 0 and running at 120 BPM. So it is running at normal speed which equals unity or 1

You want to find out what adjustment you need to transform
deck B from 122 BPM to 120 BPM.

120/1= 122/X
(120)*(X)=(122)*(1)
120X=122
X=122/120
X=1.01 Pitch control

Your sync determined that it must change the pitch by lowering it by 1.01 % in order to convert a track from 122 BPM to 120 BPM.

If in your general preference you have sync link enable any BPM changes in your master will be followed in real time by all synced decks.
