BIOS setting HDD/SSD transfer rate

At an older PC after years I took the effort of enabling the Numlock on start up in BIOS...
But way more interesting: during the search I noticed an option for HDD transfer rate. This was set to 1.5gb 'only', being SATA I standard.
I checked my DJ system as well and as I use SATA II and III drives this could be increased to 3gb (or 6gb for 'SATA III only' system).
Seems my tracks load even faster now....
Do not set a to high value!!!
Pretty sure others may benefit of this suggestion, especially if you use SSD and maybe have a even faster bus.
