MIDI mapping for Pioneer DJM 2000

I created a MIDI mapping for the Pioneer DJM 2000, since the one provided for Cross is for video. Page A&C is mapped, haven't had any ideas for page B&D, if anyone has feel free to suggest it or do it by yorself.
