I am trying to use the live video function with my U-Mix Control Pro but it causes the application to crash.

I have isolated the problem to the controller in conjunction with the live video stream function.

I can stream the video fine without having the U-Mix Control Pro plugged in.

Sometimes I get an error after reboot saying that a USB device stopped working.

Not sure what is going on but if anyone could help me troubleshoot I would appreciate it. I don't wanna have to buy a different controller.

Did you install the latest driver from the downloads section.

gonna need some more info ,, ie os and system specs , type of live feed, ie camera /where getting the live feed from,, which version of Cross and what version of the mapping are you useing ,,
in order to solve this the dev team will have to be able to duplicate it ,, so the more info the better ,, screen shots will be very helpful ,,
