You'd have to do the testing first to know what buttons you need and if you have to solder to the left/right or both left/right sets.

As for the feedback - if the original controller had feedback LED's you may be able to do that otherwise the circuit for that would be more than could be easily covered in a thread post and to be honest, beyond my abilities to design.

Although, if you're wanting an arcade button based controller, why not consider the MIDI Fighter type setup? It would be easier to build since the R&D is already done for you.

So, no led feedback. Didn't care that much anyway.

I don't have money for a MIDI fighter, plus i want a unique controller custom made, designed and constructed by myself. Romantic i know.

The cost would be around 100-150 euros for a controller with 24 buttons 2 faders 8 knobs and 4 banks (octave change, btw i like the shifting right-left idea). It'll have 2 groups of arcade buttons 12+12.

this + launchpad + external A&H mixer dream setup for me.

Could I install a led above each button just to light when i push it?
Could i do the same about the knobs? (the more i turn the knob the more bright the led)

By modifying your existing Oxygen hardware? No. :(

Not by recieving input from software. hardwired leds right after the arcade button/knob. Why can't this work? :/
