Looking for a solution to my problem with the Vfx output i consider important to point out some steps to follow for this situation.

1. Set your computer to maximum performance (energy options)

2. Find out if your computer is running with the integrated video card or the dedicated one:

Laptops have switchable graphics, sometimes you have to select the video card you want to use in the bios and other laptops just need to set up the panel configuration of the videocard.

3. Wether you are using Radeon or Nvidia graphics, you need to select the Vfx software to work with it at its maximum performance. Both, Radeon and Nvidia have their configuration panels where you can set the options you need.

4. Selection of the monitor out. Go to desktop, right click on it, an the Screen configuration, plug your external monitor and windows will detect it. Select "extend these displays", apply and Ok.

5. Open your Vfx, and then double click on the main monitor out (screen of the center) and you are good to go.

Normal behavior : if Windows can't handle both display, Vfx will do nothing more.
Vfx is talking to the gpu drivers, it doesn't manage anything by itself.
