Cross effect rack and samplers in touchOSC (android)

Postby superdj4life on 22 Oct 2012, 00:54

Took forever to get the customization right (and I'm sure I missed something) I'm releasing a custom mapping I've setup using TouchOSC Android. It includes all the major features plus an x/y pad on each effect side for all your expressive needs  hope you enjoy and let me know what kind of problems you encounter.

you can get the MIDI bridge here

Ive gotta say this is a fantastic effort; It may only be MIDI effect control, but considering there is nothing else like it dedicated to Cross with Andriod OS (ie Mappings, and specific GUI), its awesome.
All i need now is a Tablet!
Kudos man.
i have one question: can you 'mutli touch' on any Andriod based Tabs?
Cheers

That was the driving force behind the effort.I understand the android audio stack pre 4.1 is all but useless in a professional setting because of latency. Doesn't mean we can't enjoy some MIDI.

Yes as long as the tablet has a capacitive screen it should support multitouch. I did this all on a nook Tablet running a custom rom
