thinking about the lpd8 also,,,can you use one to control the sample pads and can you switch between sampler c and d ,, or is that too involved,,


I don't see why you couldn't. I'm not touching the sampler stuff yet as I still can't mix two songs together most of the time! So I've just got the LDP8 controlling looping and effects.

The LDP8 has functionality to switch between Program Set 1, 2 3, etc. But I haven't been able to get Cross to recognise that change.

:cool: :cool: might want to post a thread to get help sorting the mapping out :cool: cant help with that one but would like to have avaibility of it if ever i get one :cool: :cool: also understand the thought about waiting for new controller ,, :cool:

LPD8 already mapped to C& D : use prog 1 & 2 to switch sampler controls.

Anyways, to the original Poster (Monoid), you will not need your u46 unless you wish to use the extra stereo out (the u46 has 3, and the umixpro has 2 outs ;) ), and you want more wires around.
