Documentation of Cross 1.7 ???

Postby Tahina on 13 Dec 2011, 11:52

I want to know if there is a tutorial or any kind of documentation (in english or french doesn't matter) for Cross 1.7. (or Cross DJ).

Here are some tutorial issues for instance explained nowhere :
- a "How to" handle details of the BeatGrid editing. I think there are a lot of new options that user should know in aim to fully exploit Cross functionnality;
- What means the "snap" function
- How to put the Cue position exactly in the place where it should be (i saw that Cue/play position takes place in logical position even if i press Cue button in a given peak. There should be a method...)
- how to export/save a playlist
and so on....

Thank you in advance guys. Did Good job.

beatmarkers so Syncing is easier, you can move the grid left/right, put multiple grids in one track (if its a live recording and the speed varies) also lets you define the downbeat if not sset correctly by Cross

Snap: auto-correct function that sets your cues/locators in the grid (=in time) depending on the value you chose. (1,1/2,1/4 etc.)
If Snap is activated you can only set cues/locators on the grid, that´s probably your problem.

export playlist: rightclick the playlist, choose export as...

As we prepare a lot of new features for 2012 & as we aren't a lot able to do it seriously, the new Faq &tutorial is delayed.
Happy new year!
