Hi everyone,

since OSX 10.7 Lion is about to roll out next week and the Golden Master already is available to Dev for some time I wonder if anyone knows if the latest Cross DJ for Mac and the U-Mix Control Pro ist 100% compatible with Lion?

I indend to upgrade as soon as Lion hits the App Store. The only thing that would stop me is to know that my DJ setup will stop working.

Edit: I wouldnt update right away, as there was some trouble with timemachine and other stuff in the lion-beta.

Gents, I updated to Lion 10.7 about a week ago. I've just bought a U-Mix Control Pro only to find it does not work. v1.0.3 of the volume panel just shows device disconnected ! Obviously so does Cross.

For the time being, I've created a second boot drive running Leopard just to use with Cross. An update is urgently required. Hopefully it will appear as soon as lion is public.

currently it is not working. Cubase and Ableton and also Steinberg have also problems with the new Update Lion. They advice every user to wait for an fix. So I think it is the same with the Asio systems of the U-Mix Control Pro and also U-Mix44 and so on.

Once you have been this, you should be able to download the latest version of CrossDJ, which is 1.6.

in the Cross DJ bug report section is a posting adressing the issue with control pro and the new updated os from app, there is mention of a firmware update to adress the issues, but you need to regerster your software (on the fourm)to gain access to the updates welcome to mixvibes and the beautiful world of mac

i updated to OS X Lion too, and my U-Mix Control Pro and Cross DJ 1.6 is working without any issues!

I had to install the latest Firmware U-Mix Control Pro 4.2 to the controller in order to make it connect properly (had the devices diconnected problem). After that the U-Mix Control (with ASIO 1.0.3) and Cross DJ 1.6 is working on my Macbook Pro with OS X 10.7 Lion just fine.

Thanks cipher. I have not updated yet but will likely soon. Are you still running without issue? I run a TT set up. Do you think the stability applies just the same?

Your U-Mix Control Pro is the audio interface, threfore I think that upgrading your firmware will definitely cure your problem
