Am I crazy? I can't seem to find the downloads for Cross 4 Pro. All I can see is Cross 4 Free and Cross 4 Demo.

What gives?

Have you purchased an upgrade and registered the new key?

Yes. Both of my serial numbers are in my profile. There isn't even the old version listed.

Any help on this? Please advise

WIth the V3 and older version your registration should have provided you with a product badge in every post as well as access to the v1-3 versions.

So my guess is that the oldest registration causes the trouble. You best send an email to support@mixvibes.com.

Reregistering is not likely going to resolve fixing your credentials.

I have two keys in my Profile - one for Cross V3, and one for Cross v4 pro. I used to be able to just download them, but I don't see any of the versions available at all now.

I just noticed you;re an old time user. So having your profile checked by support really is the only way to go.
Might be some data got broken when adding the V4.

If you're able to check your V3 key if still OK in your profile. If not OK there might be a little chance that fixing it reinstates your v3 credentials.

I got same problem. I try to write in profile too and not accepting my license number... I sent email, I wrote all admin but nobody answer! I REALLY BORED THIS APP
