I purchased Cross DJ 4 and now I cannot download it for my new device... What's the deal and why on earth is it so complicated to download this software...

If anyone can help me, great. if not I'm getting a refund, what a stupid way to let customers download your software but only for a month?!?!

The one month download is by the reselling party and not part of mixvibes.

Once your key is registered you can always download.
