turntables not playing

hiya.

my digital vinyls not playing even though its calibrated?

i have it set to external mixer in the settings but it doesnt give me the option on the audio interface even though i can use the mixer to do everything it should?

I'm afraid you're a little to brief on describing your issue.

WHich OS/Cross version.
Has anything changed recently in your setup?

You've calibrated so it's one of the DVS (Cross or later version Cross DJ Pro)

You're using digital vinyl so the CD version..

Have you checked if right soundcard driver is installed (W10 sometimes overwrites by using a generic MS version)

Not sure which option you look for. If set to External mixer volume is handled by the external mixer and not hte Cross mixer. Cross sends every audio channel at line level to the mixer. You mention 'master' which I don't understand in this context.

Maybe upload captures of DVS +Audio tab of Preferences as well as of the Overall interface to make it easier to understand the status of your setup.
