Cross DJ 4.1.2 (Mac) Crashing!

Just downloaded the 4.1.2 version to fix the iTunes library issue.
However, the app is now crashing (on my Macbook Pro, 10.15) a lot of the time.
It appears that AIFF and MP3 files load in to the deck fine but M4A files crash the app no matter which deck I load them into.
Is this a known issue?
*Update* I am also getting quite a few crashes whilst scrolling through tracks in my collection
