JUST PURCHASED VERY UNSATISFIED! / GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE

Here is a screenshot of the message I get when I open the program. The digital drum pads pad
isn't showing up. And I cannot access the store in the app.

Please customer service check email for attached screenshots.



Have already purchase to beat packs and they there's no pads showing up!
Not receiving the error message anymore! but pads won't appear still

Could you please add info on:
- which program/app this is about
- which hardware are you using

At the forum support is merely delivered by fellow users.
The MV staff works at French office hours. If strikes don't hold from this.
