license key not recognised
Posted: 26 Dec 2019, 17:06just had o reinstall Cross dj3 buecause my computer got a virus, but its not acceping my license key i have stored in my profile?? help?
Please verify you downloaded the right version. This is the most common cause. (Cross <> Cross DJ)
If you downloaded a Cross 4 version these will only work with a newly puchased Cross DJ/DJ Pro license key.
Other thing could be you used e.g. a video license key?
