Cross fader issues on laptop

audio from channels a and c keep playing even when sliding fader to channels b or d.
when I fade from channels b and d to a and c I have no problems.
I have Cross fader curve set to mix. I have Cross DJ 4.0.0 64 bit

also i noticed on the free versions everything works fine. on version i bought i have this issue. all settings are the same...is there a way i can redownload product and try a reinstall????

If you register your license you can download the latest version. See grey bar on top of this topic.

Your problem likely is not related to a problem but rather a setup/feature issue.

Once you registered you can also add image to your posts. Please provide a capture of the Preferences> audio tab and of the overall GUI.

Reinstall will not help you for sure with this.
