Hello,
I need some help from customer support about my question.
I bought the wrong version of Cross DJ. I want to know if I can upgrade from Cross DJ 4 to Cross Pro (new one).

Hello,
Thanks you for the link but I don't want buy full price for another licence at 99$. I already bought 50$ for V4.
My request is: customer support can do a price for me to upgrade my version V4 => Pro?
I can't use Cross DJ v4. Thank you for your answer.

You should have a software badge next to your posts.

Did you fill in the profile as linked to in the grey bar on top of this topic?

Filling the key at your PC is a different place.

Manual? In Cross open menu, select Help (available 24/7).
Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.
FAQ iOS / Android / PC / MAC http://www.mixvibes.com/help/
Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

Thanks for your answer but I don't understand why you asked me to do my register software since I did it before.
Are you from MixVibes team? If yes I can send my Licence number to show you how serious I am about this story.

Hi Sfronti,
I asked how can I changed my version Cross DJ to Cross DJ Pro without pay full price 89.90$. I did a mistaker at the moment who I bougt the Cross DJ V4. I need V4 Pro for my Timecode Vinyl. Actually I can't used my version. So if Mixvibes (Sales service) team can be take a contact with me directly, I will enjoy...
I just want to speak with them to explained my problem.
