How do you register the license? I thought mine did this when I first installed the 4.0 version (it says it's up to date in the "About" section), but I don't see anywhere that mentions how to register the software. The license key shows up in the "About" area, so not sure what else I need to do. I'm hoping this update will resolve a sound-card conflict/bug that crashes the program whenever I try to switch or select it from Preferences.

Thanks!

See grey bar here on top for link to user profile at the web... Not linked to your local registering...

Don't think it will resolve your card issue as to my best knowledge you're the first to report this. If you have crash reports please provide them.

Have you tried using the 32 bit version of Cross? Might be that this helps to change card/settings. Once your card changed you can try using the 64 bit version.

If not, please explain some more on our setup and the step it crashes.

User Control Panel -> Profile tab -> Serial Numbers
Put your serial number in there.

This should allow access to the appropriate downloads. It will also show on the right under your name when you post a message.

Thanks! I did post the new license key into my profile and I see the download links now.

And yes, the crashing was occurring on the 64 bit version for PC. I have not yet tried the 32 bit version, but I will try that next. The previous version of Cross 3.x I was using was 32 bit and never had any issues. I appreciate the input and suggestions and I'll post back here if I continue to have problems.

Thanks!
