When I analyze a track, it shows the BPM but nothing in the key column. What am I doing wrong or missing? I am using .wav files from my own computer. I would have thought it would show the key as well as the BPM. Do I need to upgrade or something?
Please register your license key. see grey bar on top op topic.
Which version are you using?

I'm using Cross DJ Free 3.4.0 64bits and it says in the description it has a Built-in key detection engine. It's not detecting the keys, it's just a blank column. I also don't see anywhere to register it. What might be wrong? Or does a user have to pay for a version that detects keys? It doesn't explain this anywhere on the site that I have found if that's the case.
The key is detected by the analyses feature. This done upon load to deck or by right click and select analyses (preferably select all)

This support request is unsolved. All you've supplied is telling me how it works and I'm telling you it doesn't work. Can you answer one simple question? DOES THE FREE VERSION NOT DETECT KEYS? And if so, why not tell your users?
