Had the same issue with the beta, tried a fix recommended by tech support, then saw an email suggesting that the commercial release probably meant that the issue was resolved, but it's not and it's still rendering the software unusable. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit on a Dell Latitude laptop, since some variable has to account for why I'm having this issue when presumably not everybody is.
