So reading through the posts/questions can some one clarify the following things for me please.

1. Can you load video and audio separately on the same player?
2. Is it possible to display a video output panel?
Can that be with out sacrificing something else on the screen?
3. Is it possible to add a separate video crossfader?
4 Does it have a selection of video crossfades?
5 Does it still have the ability to apply effects to video separately to the audio?

I would like to upgrade, but I regularly use all the above features and so will stick with "Cross" if they are missing from Cross 4 Pro.

I also use the video mixing allot using version Cross 3.4.2 and the U-Mix Control Pro controller and it works great.

I recently upgraded to Cross DJ Pro 4.0.0 and the new interface is still very confusing to me, especially when it comes to the video mixing. Cross DJ Pro 4.0.0 (32 bits) crashes about every 10 to 20 minutes with or without video enabled, so its hard to get used to the new interface and also to explore features, and then get used to it.

I have reverted back to Cross 3.4.2 for now.

Cross DJ Pro 4.0.1 seems a lot more stable, but I haven't had much time to experiment with video output yet. The 64 bit version does not run on my 64 bit Windows 10 PC though.

I'll Update you as soon as I get a chance to play with the video features.
