I have downloaded the new version demo Cross DJ pro , I have try to read karaoke files but after found the video button , when I use the button nothing , no video ?

Function are available in demo mode ?

Sorry for the delay! Unfortunately I don't personally have experience with karaoke files, but if you could reach out to us at support@mixvibes.com with one of the files attached we can run some of our own tests.

Other question in the demo video found on your site I see a big cover in the right side of the wave ?
What is the method to put this cover in the right side ?

the problem is that I downloaded the demo to test it on mac! I have also activated the video but I don't see any video. the decks remain in the audio mode without displaying any video!

In top bar you can enable the view of the vid bar. Vid button.

ok look at the picture of my screen, the button is activated but nothing happens

have you try this other button ?
