everything downloaded smoothly with software, opened software and accessed sound cloud, my collection was still there. Tried to move music into players and CRASH. Tried again and got an error message that can not load music because of internet connection (I’m totally connected online) I repeat all process and and now it just crashes without any notification of crashing and unable to send report. Please help I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months without music via mixvibes because all the other software does not work as well. Thank you
