i have recently been getting an invalid client notificaton when trying to access sound cloud through Cross DJ any help with this situation greatly needed...thank you

me and a lot of other users also experiencing this same problem. mixvibes has been very quiet... haven't gotten an answer out of them.

We are aware of the issue and it is now happening on all versions of Cross/Cross DJ for PC/Mac (just tested all that I can with the same result). It was also an issue for the mobile versions and was just fixed this week so we should be planning an update to fix this for the PC/Mac versions as well.

The team has been hard at work on a 4.0 version of Cross but it might be easier to push out a quick 3.4.4 version with a fix for this, since I have not yet been given the full details on a release for the beta of this new version.

I will bring this up with the team today and hopefully have some answers soon.

two weeks and still waiting on a word about the sound cloud fix...any updates???

Sorry to leave everyone hanging! Unfortunately we will not be fixing SoundCloud access for Cross DJ 3.4.3 since the team was already planning and working on the upgrade for Cross DJ 4 when this issue came up.

I didn't realize how far along Cross DJ 4 was when I originally posted here, so sorry if I led you to believe it would be fixed in a 3.4.4 update or something similar.

SoundCloud access will be fully working for the final release of Cross DJ 4 and is working in my testing with a few occasional bugs.

They for sure lost my business. Totally disappoint buying dj3 a little over two months ago and now it’s basically bricked. Serato or VDJ is the move.
