So I figured since I have a license that I would erase my current Cross DJ and just re-download that the problem would be fixed. Well that did not fix the problem and now im not able to see anymore “Cross” downloads available? Did mix vibes take down the downloads for Cross?

Reinstalling Cross will only help if you manually delete the mixvibes.setting in your user profile as Windows prohibits this personal file to be deleted by uninstall.

This file does hold some of the info for soundcloud.

However since multiple users suddenly complain it is most likely that SC once more made a change in the way of accessing the data. This periodically happened before and is not communicated by them. So only with trial and error the devteam can try to fix this.

No guarantees, but so far the team managed to fix previous issues.

Only thing DJ's always have to have a plan B in case you don't have internet access (to whatever source for whatever reason). Learned the hard way....

me too. same problem. have used Cross DJ for many years and also subscribe to soundcloud. do i have to reinstall Cross DJ and delete themixvibes.setting? is that the only fix so far?

running win 10

help would be much appreciated!!!

I am also getting this message with version 3.4.3 for PC. the previous week i was erratically able to access soundcloud, eg only some of my favourites and sometimes tracks on the explore button....then it crashed so i re installed and lost all my stored tracks, i have had this version for less than a month, please restore my confidence

its been 2 weeks too long and starting to get discouraged, any word @support mixvibes?
