hi i just bought my silvercrest and i did not realize that i was not licensed key.
how can I do it?

If it was a new purchase, ie you are the first owner, please reach out to us at support@mixvibes.com with proof of purchase and we can get you a license.

If it was used, unfortunately that most likely means the license key was already registered, but the controller is still compatible with Cross DJ/Cross which you can check out the demo for in the downloads section on the forums.
