Struggling accessing iTunes library

Hi everyone,

Hope you're well.

I'm after some advice. I have iTunes premium and just want to practice using the software on tracks I have downloaded. Problem is I can't seem to access them. I've updated preferences in iTunes to share XML files and Cross DJ is looking in the right place but it's not finding anything. I've tried browsing and I find the tracks but they're greyed out so I can't add them to Cross DJ. Is this due to some sort of licensing? I'm a bedroom DJ at most. Do I need to reassure Apple of that or will this not work? Thanks in advance for the support, I'm 100% new to DDJing and really need a bit of hand holding. Love the software so far though with other tracks I have managed to upload - just like I said, nothing from iTunes subscription.

Thanks again

Alan

I assume you are talking about Apple Music premium, the music streaming service. No third party DJ software can access Apple Music offline files.
