Hi, I really like Remixvideo (running 1.3.0 demo), just what I'm after, but I have an issue with my set up. Remixvideoit works fine on my Mac (running 10.13.6) using the inbuilt soundcard.

However, when I plug my Roland MX-1 mixer in, the app freezes (get a beachball).

If I have the MX-1 plugged in first, then open the app, the app does open but the beachball appears before the default sample pack loads in.

Either way, I want to purchase but only if this can be solved.

I have tried setting the MX-1 to 44,100, 48,000 and 96,000 hz but each time the app freezes. Help please!

Sorry you have run into this issue with the demo for Remixvideo and your MX-1.

Unfortunately we do not have one of those here to test, but I will do some of my own research to see what could be causing this.

One thing to check would be to make sure you have the most recent driver and firmware installed for the MX-1.
