U-Mix Control Pro - Can't find on Audio Preferences

Hi,

I started using windows 10 and I wanted to keep using my U-Mix Control Pro. I have already installed Cross 3.4.3 and it recognises the device. All the buttons work.
However, when I try to find the device on Audio Preferences, Cross doesn't find it.
I tried to install U-Mix Control Pro Volume Panel (the one you have for WIN XP, VISTA and 7 - not 10) and, from then, Cross started finding the U-Mix on Audio Preferences. However, it crashes everytime it connects to the device with that driver installed. When I remove the Volume Panel, Cross works again but can't find U-Mix.

What should I do?

not sure what happening on your side ,,used vista on up with exception of win 7 ,, still running U-Mix Control Pro 2 with the volume panel driver ,, the only flaw is that the driver is 32 bit not 64 ,, so to use the 64 bit version of software you must use asio4all to run in 64 bit mode, have you tried your set up in the 32 bit version of software ,, should be installed when you up dated to latest version ,lets us know how it goes ,
