No Headphone Sound Using Hercules Mk4

I've installed the latest drivers for the Hercules Mk4. The controller is detected in Cross DJ and mapping appears to work fine except there is no sound from the headphone (cue buttons are mapped and illuminate when pressed).

In preferences there are no ASIO audio devices detected, only DirectSound and the Hercules console tray is stuck at ASIO audio mode.

How do I enable the ASIO audio list in Cross DJ as I assume that this is the problem?

Hi again daveh,

Sorry that you are also having audio issues with your Hercules Mk4!

Check to make sure that it is not selected as the default sound device for Windows, since I think this is the only reason a sound device would not be available in Cross DJ.

You can try using the 32bit version of Cross (also installed). If the Hercules ASIO driver is 32 the 64 bit Cross will not be able to use it.

Apple store new user? first read viewtopic.php?f=259&t=34199
Manual? In Cross open menu, select Help (available 24/7).
Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.
FAQ iOS / Android / PC / MAC
Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
