I purchased full version, however it does not work. There are no sample packs, and when I click sample pack the next screen displays d Done and there is nothing there. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. The demo doesn't work either. I can't determine a cause, except that the registration code is not entered as I see no place to enter it

Which OS are you using?
If you register your license in your user profile you will have access to the downloads section. Maybe this can resolve your issue.

My OS is win 10 in the meantime I'll follow your suggestion. Thanks

I have the same problem. No free sound packs and no choice to buy.
software: RemixLive 2.0.3
My OS is windows10

I have registered my product, removed it and reinstalled it 3X.
The EXE is located:
C:\Program Files\Mixvibes\Remixlive 2.0.3\win64
and the sound packs:
C:\Users\ChaZzz\Music\Mixvibes\Samples\_default packs\2.0.3

!! There is also a file created: "remixlive.remixlivedb", !!
!! it is located: C:\Users\ChaZzz\Music\Mixvibes !!

please help
