One of mix deck turntables

Hi, one of my mix deck turntables stopped working. Did I do something wrong or changed a setting. Was working perfectly well and the when we reinstalled everything into a different laptop, stopped working. Help....

What are the differences in setup of the hardware/OS and which Cross version do you have.

The LE version 2.6 is not W10 compatible.
