Can't remember licence key and can't restore forum password

I bought Cross DJ long time ago, I know my username at that time but not the password and for some reason can't manage to recover it, and I also don't know if I assigned the aforementioned account to the licence key. The only evidence I have is the PayPal receipt and the e-mail address I used to buy it. Tech support still didn't answer me and I have a big gig coming this weekend. Any ideas?

I have a similar problem
I lost my crossdj software for a PC recovery
is it possible to retrieve it by providing the paypal transaction number?
Unfortunately I did not write the serial number.
