Pitch Slider Sticking

Hello and Happy New Year!! I have an American Audio VMS2 with 3.4.3 version software and I am experiencing the pitch slider (fader) sticking at zero problem. The controller firmware has been updated with the provided firmware on this site. Everything else is working perfect. Are there any suggestions?

Check your 14 bit MIDI switch in the MIDI learn section

Thanks for the reply. It is checked. I did try to unchecked it and with it unchecked, the platters would not work properly. Anything else?

Ok
Posible causes are
Pitch fader is now 14 with the firmware update and the mapping from Mixvibes needs to be updated
The pitch slider is 14 bit but the value in the MIDI table is inverted.
The 14 bit MIDI table within the map is not configured properly,
