Mixvibes Dj Community old forum

Today our son got a DJ controller from soundgarden.
On the laptop on which the Mixvibes program and software was installed is the name Midi8 added in devices list.

Now ive tried searching the forum before osting this thread but i cant seem to find the information which is neccesary to get this DJ controller to work.
I assume that we need a driver or update for windows 10 but some how im not able to find this.

i hope you guys can help me and turn my sons 14 birthday into a deejay frenzy.

Need more information.

Need make and model of the controller that you are trying to set up. There should be a label right on the controller for at least the brand name.

Its a soundgarden DJ controller with mixvibes program cd-rom in box.

IT Sems to be called MIDI-8 in his computer

I am not familiar with that exact controller, but sometimes the same device can be rebranded for different companies. Which is why it is listed differently in Cross.

It looks more like the MIDI-10 device listed in Cross, then the MIDI-8. Try selecting that mapping instead.
