Reinstall softwear please..!!

Hello guys,
My softwear broke down when I try to import or drag songs to the folder in the COLLECTION.
How can I reinstall my latest Cross LE..?

Cross le 3.3.10

:eek: read the grey header right above the topic posting ,, regerster the licence key gives access to down load section to reinstall the sioftware ,,if thats what you want :cool:

Maybe you'd better explain what happens now. You could reinstall, but not likely going to be of any use.

Hi guys,
Cross Le closes when I try to select a music folder on my computer or when I drag songs in the collection folder.
I do not know why....

Try to upgrade to the latest version 3.4.3 (pretty sure this is for LE users available as well). You have to register your license as described on top.

If problem persists we might have to dig deeper, but so far only for Mac there are problems with folder usage in latest OSX version.

Hi again Rojec,

I registered my sofwear almost 2 years ago buying a Xone 23C who cames witha his serial number.
Now i have an other problem....yesterday i wasn't abble to select the second Time code Vinils so I can't paly anymore.
Is it beacuse I update my Mac with the las OSX High Sierra.
I'm in a real trouble....,seem your softwear doesn't work well anymore.
I don't know what to do..... :neutral:

Your software badge isn't visible. This means you either haven't registered your software key (this is not your Xone serialnr). If you have registered the number in your user profile at the forum, please send an email to support@mixvibes.com. It hasn't happen for a while but we have seen issues with not getting proper credentials automatically upon entering the software license key.

Reentering won't solve this.
